    We have a block of hotel rooms at the Sandman Signature Hotel in Langley, which is about 25 minutes away from Meadowridge School.

  • Food

    Coffee, tea and water and light snacks will be provided throughout the conference (if possible, bring your own water bottle and cup).

    Lunch will be provided on Nov. 20 & 21 and a form will be sent out requesting dietary preferences and restrictions.

    Appetizers will be included at the welcome event on the evening of Nov. 19 but drinks will need to purchased individually.
